The error when the request is logged is Stage checklist validation failed........

Hi Mohamed See screenshot of what I've configured in the workflow below. I thought this would cancel the request once it was logged but it generates this error . Do you know what I've done wrong?

OK I will have to configure something at the beginning of the workflow then to cancel the request. Thanks

Hiya We have a progressive capture that should only be completed if the customer doesn't have access to our SAP system to undertake a transaction themselves. I therefore ask a question upfront in the progressive capture that asks the customer if they have access to our SAP system. If they answer yes then it advises them to use the SAP system instead. If they answer know then it just progresses to the next question in the capture. With the option where they answer yes, I want to then abort the capture so that a request isn't logged but can't find how to do this. Can someone advise if this can be done please? Thanks Samantha

Hi I have quite a few human tasks for request owners and they've asked if they can move back a step if they complete a task by accident, ie can they undo a human task completion and move the workflow back a step? Can someone confirm please? Thanks Sam

Hiya There are instances in my workflows where the request owner will be waiting for the customer to update the call with some information before they can then do their next task. How are request owners notified of when their requests receive an update? Is there some kind of auto-notification that can be sent to them or another obvious prompt?? Sam

Hiya Is it possible to download the questionnaire answers for a request into a save-able document? I have 2 progressive captures that capture information regarding a recruitment process that the request owners would like to be able to save a copy of in the relevant recruitment file so they have asked if this is possible. Basically this process relates to the appointment of new employees and there are 3 things we need to wait for, ie start date, DBS check and references and these can be received in any order, hence why I've done it as parallel processes. If references are received and approved then that's fine but if the outcome is that references aren't approved then I want to end the process as the person won't be appointed therefore the rest of the process outside of the parallel process won't take place. I hope that explains what I'm trying to do? Sam

Thanks Victor that's good to know. I've created a parallel process now with 3 processes which seems to work which is great, but one of the processes has a decision node in it that an outcome of which may mean the process ends. This has caused an error though when I try it out which says "Destructing the flow path tree before reaching its root..." which I think means that I cant end a process before ending the parallel process. Is that right? Do I need to have this decision outside of the parallel process? Thanks Sam

And I take it the maximum no. of parallel processes you can have running at one time is only 3?

Thanks Steve So when you have 2 processes running in parallel do the human tasks within each process show up in the activities pane at the same time so that it doesn't matter which order they are done in? Sam

Hi I've not been shown parallel processing but think I need it in a workflow I'm setting up as there are at least 3 or more human tasks that need to start running once the request has been allocated to an owner so I'm going to have a stab at it. I currently have some of the human tasks set up under different stages in the workflow though as really I think I want to run parallel stages but I'm guessing you can't have parallel processes that run across different stages right? Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Sam

Hi, I'm making good use of the snippets functionality to send customers emails where attachments are required to be added and/or certain variables are needed that I can't build into auto- email templates. It would however be good if I could format the snippet text better e.g. bold text, italics, bullet points etc. Can this be done or is it just basic text that can be entered in snippets? Thanks Sam

I want to utilise the add attachments form in my progressive captures but can you add more details in the question about what attachment the customer should attach or is it just the basic attachment upload that's displayed in the portal? Can you also have add attachments as a question in a customised form?
