  1. Thanks Stuart, I don't currently have access to a Hornbill instance as its not yet implemented where I'm working, so was just wondering if there is a max size limit as it's a question that's been asked Sam
  2. Hi What is the size limit for documents you can attach to a request? Thanks Sam
  3. Hi! It seems I am having this issue too. Any news on when the fix will be released please? Sam
  4. Hi, I'm wanting to do this too, i.e. I have a switch capture in an IC but I want a different BPM to trigger when the capture it switches too is submitted. I've gotten a bit lost in the feed comments though . I think I've gathered that there was an issue that's now been fixed so is someone able to provide a screen shot of what actually needs to be configured to achieve this please? I must admit, I was expecting the IC switch capture node would have an option to select a catalog item that switched to the IC and then triggered the relevant BPM but assume there's a reason why Hornbill can't do this?? Thanks Sam
  5. Hi I've configured a routing rule to auto-raise a service request when an email with a specific title hits our Hornbill mailbox. Is there a way of embedding the email subject and/or content into the request details/description? Thanks, Sam
  6. Hi @Steve Giller, was there any data on this? Thanks
  7. Hi @Steve Giller, yes I think that's what I mean. Basically there is a document uploaded in the 1st request that the analyst of the 3rd request will need to take a look at and I was trying to avoid them having to go into the 2nd request, and then from there into the 1st request to view this. It seems this isn't possible then unless someone links the 1st request to the 3rd request manually? Sam
  8. Hi I have a situation where I have a parent request that raises a linked request (child 1). The child 1 request also then raises a linked request (child 2). Is there a way that I can link the parent request directly to the child 2 request so that both child 1 and child 2 are visible in the parent request and the parent request and child 1 are visible in the child 2 request? Thanks Sam
  9. OK. I tried it through my phone and still get the same error if I'm on the EE wifi. It's fine if I'm on Vodafone wifi. So strange. It's like something has happened when the EE wifi was being used where there was a connection error and its just not liking it anymore. Looks like I may have to get rid of the dongle if no-one can determine the cause. Thanks Sam
  10. Yes, and I've tried it in other browsers too.
  11. Hi Martyn I don't get the timeout on the support page and the Ping Check is ok, but I did get this... I haven't used a VPN before so could look into this. Thanks Sam
  12. Hi, I undertook a support call and things have been checked out with this response. - , issue is not with the Window's or any web browser, or the device , it seems that there might be issue with the that web site server. I don't really know where to go from here. Sam
  13. Widgets are now link widgets. I think the only link that's an issue for us still now is the one that's at the top of the page of a request. Obviously the system automatically puts this link here but it goes to the New Joiner Service page. We know we currently can't remove this but was wondering if there could be an option in the future to configure that link, or remove it if we don't want customers to access this page? Thanks Sam
  14. Hi @Daniel Dekel Thanks I've used text widgets in the JML page design and the links open in another window so we're now thinking it might be due to that as, as you say, it doesn't have anything to go back to. I will see if I can use link widgets instead and see if this makes a difference. Sam
  15. Hi I recently purchased an EE wifi dongle and have been happily using it for work. Sometime last week however, I started to get an error message when I try to log into Hornbill. I have the link in page link saved in my favourites and when I select it I get this When I click try again, I get this When I click Log in it does nothing and then keeps going back to the same error. If I refresh, I get taken back to the first timeout error. If I kswitch to another wifi network (vodafone broadband) it works fine and I can log in. The EE dongle is working as other things are connected such as MS Outlook, MS Teams and my internet browser. I've cleared down my browser but still no luck. Are you aware of something in the EE wifi configuration that blocks the direct logon to Hornbill?? Any ideas why it works on one wifi and not the other? Thanks Sam
  16. Thanks for the tip on this @CraigP, it worked for me too but as you have said, this still doesn't address the fact that something has changed somewhere as I used to be able to assign tasks to a different team without having to do this. Sam
  17. Just had another example of this.... I cannot edit the Team field...
  18. Hi @Daniel Dekel Yes it is, but as Adrian explained , it's taking me to the service page (Image 3) which we do not want to present. We would ideally only want customers to be taken to the tailored page for our Joiners / Movers / Leavers on our portal (Image 1). I'm thinking this probably isn't possible though the link I highlighted, but it also does it when I click the back arrow from a form that I access from the tailored JML page. Sam
  19. Hi Daniel, it happens to me when I select the highlighted link below from a request, or when I click the back arrow...
  20. Hi @Stuart Torres-Catmur, great to see you are too!! Thanks for the link to your other thread
  21. Thanks Steve, does the data show if all 5 are regularly used? Sam
