Hi When we resolve calls in Service Manager it removes all Capitals, this can cause issues when sending username and passwords Can this be amended?

Hi, is there a way of switching outbound email off from service manager? I want to get some test data onto the system but don't want an automatic email sent back to the customer whilst carrying out this exercise. Thanks Prav
