  2. Hiya, We have entered the organisations our customers work for, but they are not pulled in when a call is logged. Please see attached. These have been entered into the Organisation tab when creating a new user - is this the correct place it will be picked up from?

  18. Hi, i want to add Live chat to our service. I see that its free until the end of March as per below. This application is currently available to existing customers under our beta program free of any subscription charge until the end of March 2017. If you would like to try out this application while it is in beta please contact us and we will add it to your subscription. How do i go about adding this service?
  19. Hi, is there a way we can disable the Resolve button until a call has been assigned and accepted? Reason being calls can be resolved without assigning to an analyst.
