  5. Hi, we had some email issue and now have over 700 email in the out box. The email issues is now resolved, but is there a way of getting these sent ASAP. I cannot see a send/receive option.

  10. Daniel, Ok, thanks for that. When i pick up a ticket that has been assigned to me, the total time is static on 0:00. how do i get that time to start ticking?
  11. actually it doesnt disappear, it does not start.
  12. I have installed Time sheet Manager, and configured it to time spent on composing emails as a test - this works. However, when selecting an Incident tickets the clock disappears!.. ANy help would Apprciated. Regards, Prav
