  1. I dont get the pencil option. I wish to change the P3 (5 day fix) to P3 (3 day fix)
  2. I only want to change our old P3 and P4 by a couple of days. This seems rather over kill for what I want to achieve.

  4. Thank you Steven. I am able to change the priorities by colour etc. But I would like to change the hours for each priority. Currently our P3 is 5 days and I wish to change it to 3 days. Where do I do this?
  5. My organisation wishes to change our priorities how do I amend these. I have created new priorities but the resolution timer does not activate

  10. Hello Deen - this is still happening today, even though we have uploaded the new release. Anyone else experiencing the same?
  11. Today, we are also experiencing not being able to save changes to Assets. When you click on the save button nothing happens. No error messages.
  12. New starter created in Active Directory still now showing in Service Manager. User Name - SLBrown Previously we have had an SBrown and an SLBrown. This is uncommon as normally Service Manager populates. Regards Angela
  13. Good Morning This morning we are having problems connecting to the Hornbill Server. Please see attached image
  14. Good Morning I have again found that when I create a new profile within System, Data, Profiles, Requests that the Name Separator is populated with the word ZOOM. ZOOM is a category for us and not a name separator. Even though I remove the word, it still populates and therefore I have a number of Profiles incorrectly labelled. Please advise how to remove these permanently. I await to hear
  15. Hello Hornbill - Any idea when the release will be this week to correct the owner id?
  16. Within Service Manager, Asset Management I populate the Asset number to find the item. Go to the bottom of the page and select Edit. I am able to update the Used By (by typing the start of a users name) then a drop down box appears to select. This is all good. If I try to do the same on Owned by I get an error msg and am unable to make any changes I have just spoken to Sam Rai at Hornbill and he has the same!   17. Hello Trevor Unfortunately I do not have this option. The owner of 'handover' has now left the organisation and we do not use this board. I am working from Hornbill Service Manager. I created Problem Management, and have the option to delete. Regards Angela
