SSO - Default Identity Provider for Single Signon - not populating drop down.

This has been logged as a defect under KE00164493.

We have rolled back the workaround as we where having issues with the Service Portal logins, bypassing the new Honrbill Login pages but the SSO process was not able to be complete successfully as it was before. I suspect this might be down to our SSO, but would be interested if other get the same issue.
