Hi, Im currently working on a way to set the priority of an Incident with the out put of a human task done by our service desk. But once the analyst makes a choice the output doesn't change the priority of the ticket. Here are my nodes: the settings in the set priority node is variable in full &[functions.getTaskParams("task-d1251df6").outcome] what am i missing?

So i had a dashboard that was working before i made a slight change on the day that there was an issue, are you able to role that back for me?

Hi, The fix has worked, anything i update today stays there. But if i click on two of the Dashboards i had issues with yesterday all i get is a page saying loading. It was mentioned that you might try and roll back the changes that where done yesterday, is this still an option?

Hi, I have been working on a few dashboards over the last few days and they all looked good. Today i made changes to a few and once i saved the changes and then went back to view the dashboard it was blank. I have even created new ones today and the content doesn't save. Here is a list of the dashboards i have the ones i updated today are now blank, but they where not blank before i made changes today. When i click on any dashboard i updated today this is what i get: Anyone else having this problem?

Hi, We have only just gone live with Hornbill this past month and we are slowly opening up its function to the business so we are looking at the different licenses to manage the cost. I was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of a good list of what customers with the Collaboration (Platform) license can see and do, compared to the Application License. Thanks
