  3. Panic over, i have worked out why it was not showing. The name of the Catalogue Item had been changed so there was no Business process for it to follow. Suggestion for future enhancement, when creating a new ticket from a business process, in the Catalogue item could this be a dropdown of all items available.
  4. Hi, I have a process that creates new tickets from it depending on the customer's input. Some of the new tickets created from this process are not seen in any of the areas under the Manage Executed Processes area. Has anyone seen this before and any ideas how i can see where in the process these new tickets are at. Cheers Llyr

  6. Hi, I have been working on getting the reports i created in Hornbill pulled through to powerbi but i have hit a brick wall. When running the R Script in PowerBI i get the following error messages, any ideas where i need to start looking at to fi the issue.
  7. Hi, We have had reports from our customers that they are no longer able to open our FAQs, they get the following error. Everyone who has the issue have the following roles and are just basic users. I have tested the FAQs with people that have and user account and they dont get the error. Has anything change or as we missing a role? THanks

  10. Hi, We are looking to automate out AD account extension process but when looking at ITOM we could not see a way to update the account expires field in AD or the Begin date field. Has anyone been able to automate this? Cheers Llyr
  11. Hi all, Im currently working on some email templates to go from my Business process, and i was just wondering is there a quick way to get an users managers name to appear after the Dear, with out having to map the information in the business process to a custom field? Cheers
  12. I will look at the Asset Management area, if that allows for a lot of information to be stored against an application that might help. We are planning to use ITOM to automatically put people in a specific AD group depending on the application they have chosen. Thanks for the help.
  13. Hi, Currently in our organisation we use Microsoft List to manage the data around what applications we have available for our staff. The list hold information like App names, owner, approver, priority, AD group and so forth. We are now looking to use ITOM to help us automate a lot of our application request offering, but the issue we have is that currently we have no place to store which AD group staff need to be in to give access to specific apps. All our approved app are kept in a simple list, the value column holds the priority, approver and name. Was wondering does anyone else have this issue and how do they get around this?
  14. OMG so simple, thanks. Any reason why the - ELS didnt work? the reason i didnt put the %ELS in the report as i didnt want it to pic up words that ended in ELS. Are report queries case sensative?
  15. Hi, Im trying to report on tickets that has specific information in a customer field. I have build a report with the following filters, but i get no returns, but i know calls should be returned. In the report here are my settings: I know there should be data here because when i run a query in the Database direct area i get outputs : What am i doing wrong?? Cheers

  17. Hi, We use simples list to keep track of what Applications we have on offer for staff. Managing the list is a simple task and we are hoping to pass it down to one of our support officers. What we are looking to do is give the user the rights to update the list but not a lot more. What roles provides simple list management access?
  18. UPDATE. It now works, i found the PriorityID for my priority statuses and set them as the outputs of the manual task. Thanks for you help.
