  1. I checked the setting, and the folder name was not in one of our mailboxes, i have added it in and everything is working now. Thanks for this. Out of interest, we didnt have this issue before and we have not made any changes to our system, any idea why this started today for us?
  2. Hi We have started to see the same error message appearing when trying to apply an email to a call. I can also confirm we are using the standard SR / IN on our ticket and also confirm that the email does get added to the ticket.
  3. All the results node should do is just update the timeline with the results of the automation. I will log a support ticket now about the issue and send them the workflow.
  4. Hi, I did have the finish node in: it looked green when i was looking at it from the Managing Executed Workflow section to see why it was not moving forward. I wish it was that simple of a mistake

  6. So, i get the timeline update for the first one but none of the others. Also i have tried removing all the timeline node update and just have it doing the ITOM work and i get the same issue, so it could be what you mentioned @Steve Giller that the process doesnt see the itom actions finishing. Any suggestion to test that theory?
  7. I'm using parallel processing to manage the addition of customers to multiple AD groups depending on their selection. All the ITOM actions take place but the timeline update doesn't happen and the process is just suspending on the end parallel process node and not moving forward. where am i going wrong? This is how my process looks: and it just stays like that

  10. Just following up with my last question, can iBridge create a security AAD group?
  11. Hi @SamS When the process runs, it does create a group in AAD, but its a Microsoft 365 group not a security one. And since it created a group it doesnt show any error with the out put Can iBridge create a security AAD group? Cheers
  12. Hi, I looking at trying to automate the creation of AD and AAD Security groups, to manage access to new applications. I have had success with creating the AD group using ITOM, but im having issues trying to create a security group in AAD using iBridge. Im using this option: And im putting the following information in the node: But is seems to create a 365 group in Entra and not a security group. What am i doing wrong? Cheers
  13. @Sam P If i remember i did get this to work, what i had to remember to do was update the field with the results of the Replace action and then do another Get information node before using the information.
  14. Hi, Thanks for this information, i have just looked at our test ticket and I can see that in our change tickets we do not set the customer, we only have Owner. I will have a look at our Business Process and see if i can set the Owner as the Customer as well.

  16. Hi, We have the request widget on our home page and this is great as it allows me to see all of my ticket, but i have noticed, that any Change Request that i raise don't appear in this area. I'm able to see Change Request i am a connection to but not the ones i raised my self, is this how the widget should work or is there an issue here. Cheers Llyr

  18. Hi, I'm currently working on our leaver process, and ITOM has made account management very easy, but there is one thing I'm stuck on and that is to remove information from some field. I would like to remove information from the Manager Field, but I'm not sure of the best command to use, I have tried to leave the field empty but it does nothing

  21. Hi, Im currently creating a report to show what change tickets are in what stage of the process. I have noticed that the proposed start time on the ticket is and hour different to what the report output for me. It looks to me that the report is not picking up the local settings for the user when it comes to time and date format. How to i change this in the report? Info in the ticket: Info in the report:

  24. Thanks for coming back to me James. The field i have in question is a surname for any new starters to our organisation. We are now using ITOM to create our new starter in Active Directory. We have been getting error recently when a surname include special Characters, we use the information to creating the email address. I didn't really want to use validation when names are entered in the ICF as the same field is used to create the display name and there is no issues with Special characters there. So my idea was to do a check on the Surname for special characters and remove it before getting to our ITOM stage.
