  1. Hi @David Hall Sorry to add to this. I would also like to change the "unread" colour too. That is a setting across the whole system so whatever has been chosen is the same for everyone. That doesn't work when I have changed my colours. I really am struggling with my eyes at the moment so I would appreciate these accessibility options added to your list
  2. One other one I have noticed as well is there is some "black" text I cant change and so I'm having a similar issue as I have a dark background. There seems no way to change this colour either. The below screenshots are The list of views and list of snippets.
  3. Hi I am having problems with my eyes so have changed the colours in service manager in high contrast options. I have found a combination that works well for me but the only issue is when in a job ticket the right hand section that contains the service, sla ect has a white background which doesn't change, that means I have white text on a white background which obviously doesn't work. Please can that background change when you change the background colour or have another selection that you can change it independently? Or another option is it to be black text in that area as default like an email is when you select to email?
  4. Yes Steve thanks, that is an option. Still would be nice to be able to put multiple calls on hold for the future.
  5. Hello Can I bump this up again please? I would like to be able to tick multiple tickets from a request list and put them all on hold with the same substatus and on hold comments. Currently I have to click each one, wait for it to load and then put it on hold and then go back to the list and do it for the next one. This is quite time consuming and as sometimes I have have 30 tickets needing to be put on hold. Thanks

  7. Hello Please could I request the unread colour to be put as an option in the high contrast so I can change this in my veiw as well as the rest of the colour settings. At the moment that "unread colour" is a global setting. I have changed all my colours to help with my accessibility but this one is I cant change Thanks in advance.
  8. Hello I have my screen on (light) high contrast but today its gone to the dark version. I select light and save but it makes not difference at all. I cant change the individual colours anymore either. It lets me change them but does not save it. Each time I close down and restart Hornbill as per the instuctions. This affects my accessibility to the Hornbill product.
  9. We like to do it manually as sometimes we will not build the equipment until after. Depends on our current workload. I just would like on hold to be an option for multiple tickets like update, assignment and resolve is.
  10. Hi I tagged this on an older post where this was asked for but it maybe that its too old to be visible so I thought Id start a new one. I would like to raise this request again. The ability to put bulk calls on hold by ticking a selection in a request list. We have intakes where we have 30 jobs on for individuals needing equipment. We need to put these on hold until nearer their start date. It is quite tedious to open each ticket putting it on hold. They need the same date and same status and sub status so it would be a massive time saving for us to be able to put them all on hold like we can if we are assigning or updating a selection of tickets. Please Thanks

  12. Thanks James I didn't set the originals up - I think they gave basic to everyone Ive removed from our database collegue and will let you know the outcome. (she's not back until September)
  13. I'm not sure if this is us. We are using Microsoft Edge Version 103.0.1264.49 (Official build) (32-bit) but I have tried it on Chrome too and its the same. But we can no longer click on the 5 boxes to give a rating on tickets we ask for feedback on. When asking (the pop up) On the ticket after feedback is submitted

  16. Hello I have a database colleague trying to access the entity explorer. She needs this for the power BI work she is doing. The have the reporting admin plus a bespoke role (helped by @Victor) Called Entity viewer. However, when they click on some of the tables they get an error saying they need the permission "get database schema" Which thy already have. They can access some tables but not others Attached is the list they cant get access to and also a screenshot of the error and the "bespoke" role they have - like I mentioned they have the reporting admin standard role too.   17. Hi I am trying to use a customised node in an IC to allow users to pick from a list we have in our CMDB. I don't want to use the asset form for this for a few reasons. When I set the node up to give me a drop down filtered by the asset type I only get about 20 to choose from when I run it. So it goes as far as "B" in the list roughly Is there a limit to the amount of entry's a dynamic data query produces? Is it a setting somewhere which I can increase?
  18. No I don't. They can see it but I have the summary and the description saying self help was used and logged for reporting purposes.
