@gregmarcroftorc - until the snippets are fixed, I suggest using this variable: {{Customer Contact.H_firstname}} in the template itself. If you are supporting internal users then use this variable: {{Customer Coworker.H_first_name}}. If using a mix then set them both using ESP conditions. Same for other variables, use the template correspondent.

@Victor I know this advice was not provided in relation to the Issue I have logged with you but have tried it. I do not have these variables available in my snippets and wonder why. Simply entering them as provided does not work and in fact, prevents the snippet from expanding.

  2. Hi @Gerry , thanks for giving this some serious thought. I can see why it is problematic for you (and us). Like others, I think we need to give little more thought about how we can leverage the collaboration license more effectively. The main issues I had previously were surrounding the potential volume of licenses needed. I think rather than trying to provide everyone with a collaboration license we need to look at specific use cases more closely. One of my main concerns was the fact that these users would have to use a different app to the portal so your efforts to combine the app may be of help here when its ready for prime time.

The purchasing issue is one that really impacts me even now with Service Manager licenses as I need a PO for each addition which makes turnaround really slow (due to our processes, not Hornbill's).

Its a shame there are no positive steps to move this forward but as always, I appreciate the effort in assessing this and in the transparency.

  3. @alextumber OK, will probably delete all. Which leads me to ask if its possible to delete the test projects I've created, or am I only able to set them as cancelled?

    Re language.

The regional setting in my admin profile is not persisting. Can't be our AD syncing because I set it this morning and it already cleared again.

My Hornbill App profile is fine.

  4. @alextumber I have lots of tags with no language. However, am unable to edit. Do I need a special role for this, or does the update have to be done via sql?

You'll notice I have some duplicates now (with language and without) so presume some will need to be deleted?

As an aside, my Admin language does not appear to be "sticking". Everyday it is blank again. Is this to do without AD sync? I'm fine in the Hornbill app.

@Keith could the issue be because we already have been to the Moon and we did not find anything interesting there? :P

@Victor surely we are allowed to go to the moon twice as long as we have the resources. We can try going to Mars I suppose but its going to take a good while longer.

I'm still struggling with this. I think one earlier issue was that my template had no stakeholders. Does it have to?

I think another problem is I'd like to leave the due dates for milestones blank. Is this possible?
