  1. It would be really useful to for the name/tag of the i con to appear when hovering over Icon in the picker, so that you can easily find them again using the 'Search Icon' function. They are not always called what you would expect, so having this will make it easier to locate them when you are reusing them. At the moment you have to go to https://fontawesome.com/icons?d=gallery to locate the name and then type it in. Cheers Martyn
  2. Hi One of our staff has changed name. This means she has a new Active Directory account and through LDAP provisioning, a new Service Manager. How does she access requests she logged prior to her name change? (i.e. logged under her old user name
  3. We have a user that has had their name changed (married) on AD however we now have two entries on the Hornbill user list. There doesn't seem to be an option to either merge or edit the accounts? We want to retain the ticket information for this user so ideally don't want to delete the old one.
