  1. Seems every time I try to create a snippet and share it with teams it only creates it for myself. I was able to do this previously but no longer. Any suggestions as to how I fix? Paul
  2. Good Call Martyn. I had Hornbill Authorised Guest and Anonymous Guest only. You have me up and running - Many Thanks. Paul
  3. James Removed the & and logged off and on again - no change I'm afraid. Paul
  4. Hi James Support teams are setup as I would for other services available to the internal service portal. I've tried deleting the whole service and start again but with the same results. This is the only service it have set up for the customer portal. All services for the service portal are working fine.
  5. cchana I have these all set as below. Even odder is it doesn't show up to service desk either any ideas? Paul
  6. Hi Martyn Yip - Catalog is set and service item is published. Any other setting I might have missed? Paul
  7. Hi Guys I've set up a service for the customer portal. Added contacts, assigned customer portal, logon/password and approved access. In Services I've subscribed my external customer to the service and made it available yet in the customer portal no service is displayed. Am I missing a tweak somewhere?
  8. How do you dis-associate an account from the customer portal rather than just suspend it? Paul
  9. Many Thanks Trevor. I can current see the field can now be populated.
  10. Thanks Ralf. Good to know it's not just me. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Over to Hornbill again - Any progress on this function as LDAP isn't an option at this time for us? Paul
  11. Hi Ralf Yip, I tried to add a manager in this section but I am unable to unless the manager is a "USER". Basic users do not show in this field. Is there something else in the setup that is required before basic users can be selected as managers of other basic users? Thanks Paul
  12. Is there any update to this? Notice in admin 2.0 the ability to associate a manager with USERS but still nothing to do the same with BASIC users..
  13. Got it resolved - Slaps self on head! My apologises. Date format in my own account was incorrect. Had it as dd-MMM-yyy Example of looking at something but not seeing it. Many thanks for your help.
  14. Hi James It was my own user account via the service Portal used by all basic end users. This is default when creating all new users.
  15. Hi James Over here...leave Martyn alone!
  16. Hi Martyn Yip in both Customer and service I have it set to dd-MM-yyyy with date and time including HH:mm:ss I'm still missing something somewhere.
  17. Help me out here guys. I've my own profile date formats set for day month year. Default in instance is set as dd-MM-yyyy. In service portal it is always the wrong way round, yy-MM-dd Where do I fix it? - it's driving me nuts.
  18. Hi Trevor Thanks for your response but a usual I probably haven't made myself clear enough. Markup works fine within the ticket itself if used for text in the update section etc but I cannot create a URL link in a human task in the business process that raises an activity. I was looking a simple means to point analysts to the appropriate knowledgebase documents associated with certain activities. Is this possible?
  19. Done anyone know if there is a way in a business process to embed an html link to a document in the document library? I've been through Hornbill Youtube twice now and can't see anything of use.
  20. I get it now. Setting the assigned team in the business workflow allows the ticket to be viewed under the main team view. without assigning in business workflow it would need to be viewed under no team assigned.
  21. Has how to assign a team in a progressive capture been answered? I'd like to know how to do this aswell.
  22. Many Thanks Daniel. Looking forward to it and any other new developments that make life easier for me.
  23. With an ever changing organisation we require the ability to manually add managers to basic user accounts on an on-going basis however there does not seem to be a way of doing this is Hornbill. Can you give me a indication of if and when this might be possible.
