  2. Hi Armando Log shows errors for EspServer Service..beyond that I'm in the dark. Tried removing company to add again and discovered I can't delete it. It clears from the filed but when I re-save the asset it populated again. Cheers Paul
  3. Hi Armando I have the site associated with the company. There are no options to associate a company (the Parent) with a site. The company field in the new asset populates with the parent company without any issue. Cheers Paul
  4. When creating a new Asset the Select site field under Physical Location Information is visible but none of my sites are shown. All other fields can be populated including user and company etc, site selection no. Is there a prerequisite for making them available.?
  5. Hi Folks Is there a way to report an asset by it's display name along with it dependencies by display name? All I seem to be able to get is the word "Asset" and the ID number. Failing that is there any other documentation other than that on Wiki which is fine for Service Manager reporting but not very enlightening for CI. Point me in the right direction and let me go....
  6. Tested and working fine. Recent tickets needed the BPM restarted on each to clear error otherwise it worked.

Does anyone use progressive capture in conjunction with email routing to automatically raise incidents from alerts generated from network monitoring applications? eg. email alert for node or server status down. I'm interested to know how you stop producing multiple tickets when a network device or server connection is just flapping. Any thought welcome. Paul

  11. Hi Steve I have Change Management Full Access. Cut and paste of ticket reference does nothing either.
  12. Installed Configuration manager and set Roles as advise but cannot get some functions to work. Select Type, Class and Impact buttons are greyed out and Asset Button has no other options.
  13. Just installed Project Manager. Good additional app however I am Unable to add "Change Requests" Relationships. My only options are for Service requests and Releases. Is there a option to add Change Requests?
  14. Top right corner under users status there's the settings cog. We click on that and then set status again at top right.
  15. After setting up FAQs in services I can see and choose them from within a service ticket. Images for explanation do appear in the ticket FAQs Solutions and on the service FAQ tab in the portal. However any images in the selected FAQ does not show in the users request on the portal or in the resolution email sent to user. Is there a setting to allow FAQ images to be seen in portal requests and sent in the resolution email?

  17. Hi Ryan Nope, must be missing a trick again. We all have the Restart Icon but it does nothing. In Roles - Service Manager - Application Rights where do I find ""Restart BPM Process", . Even as superuser I can't edit to add or create in these roles areas. Is there anything else you think I should be looking to change to make it work? Cheers Paul
  18. Is there a way to restart or reset a ticket from the point before the BPM started? We had a Service request for movers, starters and leavers which had an error in a BPM node and need to bring it back into the request list fresh. Can it be done? Cheers Paul
  19. @Victor Any update on this issue Victor. Noticed latest Service Manager Update but no fix for email routing included.
  20. Already tried but it does not stay in the reference field. On create or save the field returns to blank.
