  1. Hi Dan This is one of those head melts because I know it's working for the likes of yourself. Tried it both as customer/assigned to different owner and as customer and owner. Email always just lands in the Inbox unprocesses.
  2. No difference, still doesn't work. Email are just processed by the next rule in the list.
  3. I've raised this with the Hornbill service desk in case there is something wrong with my instance.
  4. Nope - this doesn't stick around either. Tried to make a new rule and on clicking "Create" the Reference section returns to blank.
  5. In order to automatically update a request by email I set up the attached routing rule and set it 1 in the list of rules. It is meant to capture emails sent to the service desk with subject Re: IN00000678 or Re: SR00000678 No luck. On looking at the rule again I see the Reference for the REGEX is missing and I can't seem to make stay there no matter how many times I enter it. What have I to tweak to make it work.
  6. Will do - I'll get the info together ASAP - Cheers
  7. Seems to be all browsers (tried Chrome, IE11, Firefox - didn't even bother with Edge) - I am unable to update even a single entry outside of general information. If it's not widespread I'll logged a ticket with support just. Cheers
  8. Is anyone else have the issue where creating or updating assets does nothing when you hit the save button? Seems to happen to me when I include anything other than General Information.
  9. Hi Steve I'll make note of any useful properties going forward. In the meantime the suggestion above is exactly what I'm after anyway. Many thanks Paul
  10. Seems the same thing is occurring again. I am unable to create snippets shared to teams.
  11. HI Guys. Let's start again here. There's seems to be some over-thinking of what I asking. I all the assets provided are probably as stated more than enough or even need to record information against. I'm asking if the name of the property can customised i.e. if the label of the property can be change. Programmatically I don't care what the property name is. I don't even want to change the data type the property holds, just what it is visually called in the asset record. The example pervious post where I would want to record the "Source" and "Endpoint" locations for a comms line as opposed to "Floor" and "Room" is a textbox label change, not a data type change.
  12. Hi Ehsan That could be a "How long is a bit string question". I had asked in a previous post about additional properties in Printers Assets to record consumables and their quantities against. As for what I believe is missing I just don't know which was why I was inquiring about customisable properties that could be use to cover any eventuality. Regards Paul
  13. Hi Ehsan As above you show the properties for General assets. The idea is simply to be able to rename these properties to something else as required. i.e. I may want to change "Notes" to "Deployment Date" so analysts can see and understand the property. The task is to make properties for those not so common assets that we have more relevant. By way of example we have supplied broadband lines to some users and we would like to record the "Source" and "Endpoint" locations for the line as opposed to "Floor" and "Room" Hope this make sense.
  14. It was suggest that I start a poll for this feature. The thinking behind it is that current assets have pre-populated labels and fields which are not always of use for certain assets. So it would be useful if we could take a General asset and completely customise it to reflect the types data we wish to record against it. Question is, apart from ourselves, how useful would this be to anyone else?
  15. Sterling work guys. Update works a treat. Many thanks.
  16. Hi Victor Any update on my missing requests issue. I've tried various combos of subscribed organisation and still can get request views in the portal unless users are explicitly subscribed.
  17. Hi Victor Update done as request. Visibility or services are back to normal however visibility of request is still not available. I'm still having to explicitly subscribe users so they can view their active requests in the service portal.
  18. Sorry, we had company subscribe for everyone and teams for certain services.
  19. We had a company listed in the subscription list.
  20. Steve This turns out slightly more odd than I first thought. It looks like I have a permissions issue. The services available in the portal are not available to me or other users unless I explicitly subscribe them to it. If I subscribe an organisation of which they are an assigned user, the portal options are not visible to them. I've tested on my own account, adding myself in the subscriber explicitly and bingo, active tickets are visible including the requests tab. Tested with other user an also notice that unless explicitly subscribed they will also not get the service visible in the portal. Never needed to do this before...
