Is there a way of setting it so that the original email and any replies are visible? Please let me know if you need more information. Thanks, Melissa

So that the analyst doesn't have to click on the quotation marks each time. It is causing issues where if it hasn't been selected right at the start they are unable to see messages when clicking on the quotation marks later on. Thanks, Mel

The Setting can be set by setting the flag "app.view.email.reply.includeOriginalMessageText" to TRUE. In the Admin Tool go to > Home > Hornbill Collaboration > Application Settings and look for the mentioned flag. Enjoy! Daniel. 1
