Hello,

when you reply to an email in the mailbox, the previous emails/full conversation is not shown. Is there a way of setting it so that the original email and any replies are visible?

Please let me know if you need more information.

@Victor is there a way of setting this to be the default setting so that the full email trail is available? So that the analyst doesn't have to click on the quotation marks each time. It is causing issues where if it hasn't been selected right at the start they are unable to see messages when clicking on the quotation marks later on. Thanks, Mel

Sorry to seemingly never be happy....is there a setting to get the full email trail to be added by default when you hit Reply To All as well please?
