Adrian Simpkins Posted September 9, 2021 Share Posted September 9, 2021 Hi All, I am building a report today and wanted to use the custom fields 31 to 40 within the report - however when checking in the report builder these are not available. I just wanted to check if this is correct and expected? I know these are large text fields, and I can select the original large text fields h_custom_p to h_custom_t - however, the process I want to output needs these fields as I have a large amount of data to collate and output Many thanks Adrian 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If I'm not mistaken these are extended fields, so they aren't in h_itsm_requests, I believe they'd appear in h_itsm_requests_extended 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
