AlexOnTheHill Posted August 13, 2020 Share Posted August 13, 2020 When using FAQs and accept them as the solution it does not populate the timeline or add the any links within the FAQs to the resolution. I understand that the resolution is plain text, is there any way to change the type of text in a resolution to allow the link to be included? I'll add you and this post to the change so that you can be informed when this is being worked on. Currently it isn't scheduled, but we regularly review our backlog.
