It would be really useful to have the following additions for the other request types. I would like to be able to populate the Root Cause and External Reference No fields via Custom Form (and not using the Business Process), but from that list and checking the Wiki, it seems that only h_workaround is available to use, unless the others are available and the Wiki hasn't yet been updated?
