Field Mapping - Additional fields

The currently supported Field Mapping's listed on the Wiki (https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Mapping_Fields_from_Customised_Forms) are quite focused on the change and release request types. It would be really useful to have the following additions for the other request types.

Generic/Incident

• Source
• Site
• Priority
• Resolution 
• External Ref No
• Logging Category
• Resolution Category

Problem

• Workaround Description
• Portal Description

Known Error

• Root Cause
• Workaround
• Portal Description

Hi @Martyn Houghton thanks for the suggestion it all seems valid. We'll have a look at what we can add to the existing mappings.  In the meantime the Site mapping was added in the latest Service Manager update and is available now.

Thanks for the update and advising Site has already been done. Hopefully this is something easily introduced in the application.

Were the above mappings ever implemented?

I would like to be able to populate the Root Cause and External Reference No fields via Custom Form (and not using the Business Process), but from that list and checking the Wiki, it seems that only h_workaround is available to use, unless the others are available and the Wiki hasn't yet been updated?
