Email template with Hyperlinks, not show in web version of email

I think the link might have been pointing to a redirect web link. Just in the process of testing it -
Is there a way of testing templates, with out having to log a call. As sometimes I just just to see the layout and text format in an email, with having to fill out a call and then run through the call just to received the email to see how the template will look.? As sometime selecting text format and size, doesn't away work first time.

We have a problem where this will not log a call from this anymore: It seems to fail on the Analyst Assignment, which all it is doing is adding the Team and analyst It will just come up "Call Failed, Unable to log call." If we remove this form it will log the call. Has anything change to stop this form from working?

Not sure if this is the right place for this question. Is the Hornbill LDAP User Import Utility compatible with Windows Server 2022?

We are using single sign on. On a couple of users we are a error say the signed in user is not assigned to a role for the application. You look at their account and roles have be signed: So not sure what this message first message is saying. One of the user was work a few months back and now get this error. Thanks Lee

Sorry I meant that it will allow me to set an end date of 22/07/2021, as all previous dates are greyed out.

We have a bulletin setup and I want to update the bulletin visibility, so I have choose 21/7/2021 for 10:30am and I want to end it on the 21/7/2021 at 12:30pm But for some reason it will only allow me to set the 22/07/2021 all previous dates are greyed out. We had picked the same dates a week go for today, so it has be working. Has any thing changed?

This is also affecting us, If you put any call on hold, we get the same message.

Checked the domain controllers and the time and date are showing the same as the ADFS server

We have updated our service manager to build 1392 and I have noticed the when I click on the view button the drop down list appears, but to clear it I have to click on it again. I am sure that once you selected a view the list would disappear. Thanks Lee
