I have had a couple of comments from my team that the Email is not refreshing in the new ui. The email icon will show 2 messages, but there won't show in the inbox until you hit the fresh on the browser. Has any one else experience this?

Having a look at this webpage (Asset Attributes_, I don't seem to see department on it. Does that mean you can't change this field on Assets? https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Understanding_the_Asset_Structure

This is the field in the asset under General Properties, would it be called h_department General Properties

I have exported all mobiles devices from hornbill and selected all fields. So trying to write a json for that csv file. The reason for update existing is I need to change some of the department names in all assets, but starting with mobile devices.

Now getting the json file to run, but in the log file I get [DEBUG] Asset match not found, but OperationType not set to Both or Create, not sure what I am missing? (The final part of the JSON defines the match of the database column name with column name on the CSV) do you have to add all column names in the AssetGenericFieldMapping/AssetTypeFieldMapping"?

I have exported the assets from one of the classes and made the changes, is it now a case of in a command line typing: asset_import.exe -file="result.csv" -dryrun=true Or does it all have to be done from a json file?

Hi, Our Company has changed a few department names. If I wanted to update them in the Assets. Is it just a case of doing an export of one of the classes, open it up in excel and change the department name and then import it back into Assets? I see that there is a Download Template file, but I guess this is for bringing new assets into the CMDB Thanks Lee

How do you add emails to the calls, there was a button called apply to request.

Hi, Over the last couple of days we have started to get this message appear, you the have to refresh the page a couple of times, Service Manager icon will disappear and then reappear. Do you know why this might be happening. Thanks

We have the same error, but on only on Users that connection to hornbill externally.

Having the same issue, in Chrome and Firefox

Just a question on which license we can use for the mailbox for hornbill. The mailbox is setup using an Office 365 E3 license (is client use) and we want to change it to a Microsoft 365 F3 license (is web base). Is this possible or does it need the full client license for the mailbox?

User receives email template with this link https://live.hornbill.com/mvdc/servicemanager/request/view/SR000XXXXX/, when they click on the link it gives them this error message Has anyone come across this error?

We are affected as well with this issue.

I think the link might have been pointing to a redirect web link. Just in the process of testing it
