  2. @MacLean Ferguson - By default, every customer has unlimited access to all free tier integrations within iBridge, as well as a limited number of invocations of the Premium Integration. On the free tier, a maximum of 10 Premium Integrations can be invoked per calendar month without requiring the iBridge subscription. Your organisation is not subscribed to the iBridge module so the error message suggests you have gone over the 10 invocations available per month within the free tier. Please feel free to reach out to the Customer Success Team customer.success@hornbill.com if you would like to explore adding the Hornbill iBridge to your subscription. Michelle
  3. Not much I can advise Will, this is an enhancement and as previously explained we do not commit to any specific service-level agreement for enhancement request. I've included our link to our documentation in respect to how we manage feature requests https://docs.hornbill.com/esp-fundamentals/about/about-roadmap#how-we-manage-feature-requests-received-from-customers-or-partners As the above link explained even if you do not get a response by raising this post you have raised some awareness within Hornbill as all enhancements are channelled to our internal workspaces for all Developers/Product Specialist, Support, Consultants and others to see. This enhancement still needs to be reviewed by development to see if this is feasible and as and when this is done they will provide feedback via this forum post, I'm not in a position to provide any timescales for when this will be done.
  4. @will.good - Following our earlier call, I've checked and have been advised that there was an issue and this was addressed in last nights update. Can you confirm this is now working as expected. Thank you
  5. @will.good I will raise a request with our services team to understand if it is possible to address the incorrect coding caused by the defect for the cases impacted.
  6. Hi @Estie Thank you for reaching out to me and taking the time to speak with me today regarding the above post, as advised Hornbill will take your feedback on board. I do want to stress that Hornbill does comply with GDPR but sometimes communications sent do end up in Junk/Spam folders, so the banner ensures visibility to the annual event which we feel will benefit our customers.
