  1. I checked the setting, and the folder name was not in one of our mailboxes, i have added it in and everything is working now. Thanks for this.

    Out of interest, we didnt have this issue before and we have not made any changes to our system, any idea why this started today for us?

    I looking at trying to automate the creation of AD and AAD Security groups, to manage access to new applications.

    I have had success with creating the AD group using ITOM, but im having issues trying to create a security group in AAD using iBridge.

    Im using this option:

    And im putting the following information in the node:

    But is seems to create a 365 group in Entra and not a security group.

    What am i doing wrong?

  3. Hi,

    We have the request widget on our home page and this is great as it allows me to see all of my ticket, but i have noticed, that any Change Request that i raise don't appear in this area.

    I'm able to see Change Request i am a connection to but not the ones i raised my self, is this how the widget should work or is there an issue here.

    I'm currently working on our leaver process, and ITOM has made account management very easy, but there is one thing I'm stuck on and that is to remove information from some field.

    I would like to remove information from the Manager Field, but I'm not sure of the best command to use, I have tried to leave the field empty but it does nothing :(

  5. Hi,

    Im currently creating a report to show what change tickets are in what stage of the process.

    I have noticed that the proposed start time on the ticket is and hour different to what the report output for me.

    It looks to me that the report is not picking up the local settings for the user when it comes to time and date format.

    How to i change this in the report?

  6. Thanks for coming back to me James.

    The field i have in question is a surname for any new starters to our organisation. 

    We are now using ITOM to create our new starter in Active Directory. We have been getting error recently when a surname include special Characters, we use the information to creating the email address.

    I didn't really want to use validation when names are entered in the ICF as the same field is used to create the display name and there is no issues with Special characters there.

    So my idea was to do a check on the Surname for special characters and remove it before getting to our ITOM stage.
