  1. Hi,

Is is possible to turn off the   "Document updated by Report: " notifications?

Since I'm creating and scheduling most of the reports and hence I'm the document owner I am getting a lot of these notifications.

It would be good to be able to turn them off or maybe filter the notifications list by category (e.g requests, tasks, documents etc)

    Regards,

    Will.

  2. Hi,

I created a "user last logged on" report which is a SQL Schema Designer report.

The report seems to be using the raw data which is in UTC time rather than adjusting to my timezone which is GMT+4

    This logon was actually 9am.

Previous "entity" reports I have created do adjust to the correct timezone.

    Regards,

    Will.

  3. Hi,

We seem to be having intermittent performance issues with Hornbill first thing in the morning 9am or so.

We are on GMT+4 which is 3 hours ahead of UK in the Summer / 4 hours ahead rest of the year.

This morning, when picking up a request it's taking 10s + just for the priority drop down to populate.  then it hung for 10s+  when selecting an analyst for assignment.

I'm not sure if we are hitting your backup windows due to the timezone or when there is a scheduled database job running or something similar.

It does resolve itself and performance picks up later on, its just generally feels more sluggish in the morning.

    Regards,

    Will.

  4. Hi @samwoo

Are you talking about just viewing or creating / editing?

I have scheduled reports running which automatically update reports in Document Manager Libraries, access to these libraries is then controlled by department, or by division.

For example, our hotels open maintenance requests, I automatically generate a daily report at the time of shift change.

The relevant team (usually reception and housekeeping)  can log into the service portal and view the up to date reports that are relevant to them.

I guess the downside with this approach is that you probably have to create and publish the reports for anyone that needs them.

This works for my business as we are relatively small.

    Regards,

    Will.

  5. Hi @AlexTumber

I've just updated Project Manager to look at the project budgets functionality.

Can you confirm what validation is performed on the Project Currency field or where the list of allowed values is stored?

I'm unable to set Emirati Dirham AED although I can set $ okay.

  7. Hi,

When I raise a change using Raise New Change direct from Drop Down - the capture flow works.

I understand this drops straight into the New Change progressive capture (which then drops into my self configured "IT Change Request Request" that is set at the catalog item level capture correctly

When I raise a change using Raise New and then select Change afterwards I get the "The flow is poorly formed. Please contact your PCF Manager." error at the point when I'm clicking Next after selecting the Service.

I understand this process uses the New Request capture, and then  switches into the New Change progressive capture after the request type is selected.

In theory in looks like it should end up at the same place when the capture branches but it isn't working.

    Any ideas?

  8. Hi there,

I have the Project Sub-Status visible on the project details form but the drop-down is empty

The Project Sub-Status Simple list does have the default entries but it doesn't seem to be linked on the form.

  9. Hi,

Is their an ETA on Programme Functionality for Project Manager?

I have a couple of hotel openings in flight which are  multi-faceted projects which I think would benefit from programme functionality.

The projects involved multiple system deployments and often I need to track progress across multiple sub projects as well as the main hotel opening programme.

    Regards,

    Will.
