  1. We've just discovered that all of inbound rules for automated request creation are failing. They're specifically failing rather than not being triggered as the emails identified by the rule expression are ending up in the specified Target Folder Failure location. No changes have been made to the Inbound routing rules or the Routing rule templates Earliest known failure - 2023-10-28 11:32:51 Any assistance appreciated. Please and thank you.
  2. Hi Steve, "Authorisation" node with full users referenced directly through the "user" drop down. External authorisations referenced through email address still seem to work as intended. Nothing else completed except details and summary fields. Nothing out of the ordinary. No alterations have been made since it worked last and has been stable for months if not years prior to this.   3. Hello All, I've got a lot of affected jobs, especially change requests for who we have multiple parallel authorisations. I tested in the simplest form to confirm it was this node and nothing else. Standard authorisation node in workflow. Email buttons, both accept and reject, open up a 404 error. Task not completed when link opened. Tasks can be completed from within the jobs themselves so it seems to be just the email interface/link system.   5. Hello All, I've just tested removing the Incident management user role & reverted our guinea pig to basic user - the issue is still apparent. Is anyone else still having the issue?
  6. External authorisation emails sent from the BPM node have a character limit of 1024 characters, taken from in its details field. Can we increase this as we constantly need to add more information than it can currently hold. Please & Thank you. David

  8. Hiya, we have a self-service bpm that logs a job - the first thing that happens is it changes the customer, from the person who completed the form to a username given in a custom field. This is completed by basic users It worked up until sometime in the last 2 months Everything but the customer change still functions I've narrowed it down to find that the BPM only changes the customer (as desired) if the person completing the self service form was a full User and has the Incident management user role. This seems like a bug to me? Can it be fixed/circumvented? Many thanks

We have a card on our board not updating to show new owner, and giving the following error when an owner is reassigned: /apps/com.hornbill.servicemanager/entities/Requests/fc_modules/requests_boards_helper.js(61): error X1001: Uncaught EspMethodCall::invoke: Operation[apps/com.hornbill.boardmanager/Card::addCardMember] /apps/com.hornbill.boardmanager/entities/Card/fc_modules/card.js(820): error X1001: Uncaught Could not add member to card Thanks in advance.
  12. On the off chance that anyone has already solved this issue: We want to limit the text to 800 characters in a multi-line text field. We can only seem to get it to work using regex on single lines. TIA
  13. Hello Nanette, It's not about choosing fonts it's about the way selecting them behaves. You can highlight words, select a font size and they change. If you do the same and select the same font size they toggle back to what they were originally. State > Action > State A > Change to B > B B > Change to B > A Whereas it should be B > Change to B > B

  15. @Deen Thanks for the reply. I've tried Brave and it's doing the same thing. MS Edge is not (though I believe both are based on chromium).
  16. Strange one for you. Brand new PC, I've installed google chrome, all up to date and no extensions enabled. So then I: Log in Log a new request Enter username Click in the description field to type ..and that's where chrome crashes in its entirety. All open tabs/windows. Happens everytime without fail. Not occurred before or on other browsers so I don't think it's your problem essentially, I just thought you might know of anything that happens at that stage of job logging, and if I can prevent it. Thanks in advance for any insight. David

  18. We think this is since November 2019: The h_summary field in the PCF is overwriting the current summary each time we have a node retrieving the PCF answers. We've sometimes appended things by this point and it's wiping them out. As we need to react to the answers across multiple stages, and each stage needs it's own 'get PCF answers' node that we can link to decisions, this is overwriting any appending/updating we've done to the summary. Let me know if I haven't made sense here. I suspect the simplest answer is to remove the summary field from the PCF, and have it written early in the BPM.

  20. We have a lot of services and it is currently the single most time-consuming aspect of logging a request . Would it be possible to enable a search, similar to the Asset search, for the service choosing page? Somewhere where they could type in a full or partial word and anything in the title or description would come up. Thanks in advance

  22. Fonts and font sizes seem to act as if the choice is a toggle. This leads to frustrations and inconsistencies when we are creating templates and when we draft an email within a request (in preview mode, which we use for the necessary advanced features). You cannot seem to highlight all and set the font and size to the same thing unless they all started as the same font/size to begin with. Video of issue attached. As always, appreciate your help.   23. May you please explain why my linked requests are not updating through the node I have set up in the attached images? The rest of the process completes as expected with no errors. No updates whatsoever appear on the the main or the linked request. Thanks in advance
