  1. +1 on the emailing of updates (if I'm not already on there). This is a big frustration amongst analysts. I suspect that any app will be only used by a minority of my userbase who are regular request raisers. Many others who rarely create requests would better utilize a simple mail communication.

  3. +1 I am strugeling with this also, since the ability to include/exclude is explicitly linked to the users subscribed to the parent service. For me, subscription should be at a catalog item and if a user is subscribed to the CI it exposes the service to them.

  8. Good news! Aside from the official learning tracks it will provide an even greater (longer) opportunity for the community to share ideas, solutions and a few frustrations

Just want to echo the views of @Dan Munns & @Lyonel in that I would expect to have the ability to create my own reports for inclusion here rather than just being able to add my own conditions to the existing logic. I realise its early days for the tool, but thought there may have been more content available already. Any thoughts on timescales for additional reports? Perhaps you could provide the community with a list of intended reports for the community to vote on, in order to prioritise development. Longer term... I've long thought that having a mechanism for the community to share reports ( you know what a helpful bunch we all are ) would be extremely powerful. Perhaps this could somehow be incorporated into this tool.

  11. We have seen a similar issue on IE & Firefox where users could not see the View Email option in the more section. This seems to work fine for me on Chrome though and so have advised my users to use Chrome (my chosen browser).

The ability (or lack of) to use custom fields in various locations i.e. Request list, view criteria etc is well documented but can I add to this the ability to create SLA rules which can make use of the custom fields. I just went to setup a new SLA and failed due to this inability. We will now have to manually choose this SLA. Keith

  14. I raised a support request earlier this week where @Victor confirmed that our any activity in the timeline set to "public" visibility is not being output in the printout. It seems to me that "public" is the broadest visibility possible so am unsure why this is omitted from printing. Can this be changed? This is causing a significant issue for us with auditors currently. While we can change the visibility, the volume of entires which require changing is too great. Regards Keith
  15. I have turned on the experimental setting 'app.experimental.inAppReporting' but still don't see anything despite restarting my browser etc. Is there a role that is required? I presume it will just appear in my menu?
  16. I'm experiencing much of the same feedback from my teams. It might have been useful to provide the forum community with some screenshots in advance of the UI changes being put live for feedback.

  18. Hi Ehsan, No, I do have an image set in the service portal, but the implementation of the image is very different here. In the service portal it forms the background of the Bulletin area, whereas here it fills the full page. We may need different image option from service portal.
  19. I look forward to testing this thoroughly but a couple of initial comments. 1. I am a not seeing any approvals or activities in the widgets despite having some in the regular "my activities" sidebar. 2. Any way to remove the background image? I would prefer the look and feel to match the rest of the apps clean styling. 3. Would be good to have a little more info in the recently viewed widget. I realise this is difficult due to the differing types of documents referenced but would be good to see, request summary text, Activity title etc.

  21. @Victor / @Lyonel Many thanks for your help here. However, I am struggling with what is being reported. e.g. I have a request which reports 2 assignments. If I look at the request timeline I see only 1 assignment If I look at the table I see 2 I don't quite get why there is a difference in whats reported in the timeline. Keith
  22. Hi All, Wondered if anyone has created a reported to show the number of times a request has been assigned/reassigned? It looks like this should be possible via table h_itsm_request_team_assignment but am not sure how to best utilise the data to count number of assignments. Regards Keith
