  5. Hi Alex, I found these, are these related to the project update? 29514910:40:22 17-11-2017errorscripts25056nodeName: Task: TaskUpdate; nodeId: 246dc9dc-be25-43b7-a041-c3d14829d668; "EspMethodCall:invoke: Operation[task:taskUpdate2] You are not the owner of this task, you can not change the ownership" 29514810:40:22 17-11-2017errorcomms25056Operation[task:taskUpdate2] You are not the owner of this task, you can not change the ownership 29514710:40:22 17-11-2017errorcomms25056Operation[task:taskUpdate2] You are not the owner of this task, you can not change the ownership 29514610:40:22 17-11-2017errorperf25056task:taskUpdate2() Operation Invocation results: failure (389046272 B, 90 ms, -16 kB, 0 ms, 0 kB) We also have this issue when task owner is trying to update. 6. Hi Alex, Where in the log (and which one) should I be able and find more info. Can't seem to find anything. Mark
  7. @alextumber Did you have time to look at this issue we're having? Kind Regards, Mark
  8. @Victor Apologies, I've mistaken these requests with another ones where an activity was supposed to be created. This is not a problem.
  9. @Gerry Apologies, activities are not being created from BPM. No errors are being shown.
  10. We're experiencing problems where activities are not being created. Kind regards, Mark
  11. @Victor We're experiencing problems as well, where activities are not being created and the auto focus is not working. Kind Regards,
  12. Hi @alextumber Any idea what this could be? Kind regards, Mark
  13. Hi, We have a project active where our agents have tasks assigned. When changing the progress we get the following message. Tried changing the rights of the user Project manager and Project administrator but still get the same message. Also I've noticed the task is set on assigned, the agent does not have any options to activate the task. Kind Regards,
  14. @alextumber Added the user rights and i'm now able to link the documents.
  15. @alextumber In this case it is my user. I have the following rights related to MyLibrary: MyLibrary Manager MyLibrary Portal
  16. @alextumber When trying to add a document, which has been added to my library, I get the following error. Any idea what this could be?
  17. @alextumber The days set, is this working days or normal days?
  18. Sorry, found the solution already. I did not have the project administrator rights. Added these and I was able to create the template.
  19. Hi, Just updates to the latest version. When trying to create a template I get an error.
  20. That is a good alternative and definitely an option when the form is no option. The problem is that we have to attach some kind of reference on the device so we don't lose track of the device itself. When this is done by the customer it would save a step for our agents.
  21. Hi, Is it possible to add an attachment to an automated node in the BPM? Or to add the document via the mail template. We have a default form a customer must fill in and include in a faulty device when they return it to us. This so we know from which customer the package is. Regards,
