Hi @SamS
I'm the only one triggering the report. I'm currently only refreshing this via the PowerBi Desktop app. So as far as I know only one request is send, unless the python or Rscript query triggers multple queries.

@Steve Giller @Steve G Any updates? Still having this issue, can't run a report in this way.

Hi @Steve G
Any updates on this? I'm still having these issues.

Just tried refreshing again and still the same error. The last refresh I tried was yesterday and completed after a few tries. Checked the report section but there does not seem to be a report generated. The last reports are from 11-11 and 12-11 in the overview.

I understand this but there is no report running, at least not that I can see in the report overview. Even if I run this the first time on a new day I get this error(last refresh try is has been more than 24 hours ago). This should be plenty time for any report to finish.

Hi @Steve G,
When refreshing the Power BI query I constantly get the following error which halts the import. When rerunning the refresh multiple time it sometimes goes through.
ADO.NET: R script error. Error: The report '47' is already running. Please wait for it to complete before attempting to re-run the same report. Execution halted
Any advise on how to resolve this?
Already disabled some old queries which are not updated anymore to minimize the reports generated. Also adjusted suspendSeconds to a higher number but still no affect.
# Suspend for X amount of seconds between checks to see if the report is complete
suspendSeconds <- 10Rind regards,
Mark

The R script automatically creates a report and this report is then imported into Power BI. The R script provided is only for CSV import (tried converting it to XLS, but failed ;)). As Im not a developer my small amount of knowledge is not enough to adjust this properly.
-
@Steve Giller that works but i cannot import this via R script in Power BI. This only works via CSV. So this is no solution for me.

Hi,
@SamS What is the status of this issue? I've already missed my reports for the management meeting this week, they won't accept another week without these reports.

Same problem here.

Hi @Steve G
Thanks for the update. Will track this thread.

Hi @Steve G,
Since V1.6.0 of the R scripts the data is loaded again but is now all data is scrambled. The data is not added to the correct column anymore in Power BI. Any advice how to solve this? It seems that Power BI is not able to handle text where a comma is used within "".

Hi @Keith Stevenson,
Thanks for your extensive reply. I kind of understand what you are saying but some of it is mumbo jumbo to me, I'm not an SMTP expert
What is SMTP SMART host? Who needs to adjust this? Our customer, us? In case of us, do we need to change this in Hornbill or our Exchange?
Regards,
-
Hi,
We received a comment from a customer that they do not receive any emails anymore. Apearantly the IP for live.hornbill.com has been blacklisted. Can you please request UCE Protect to delist the blacklist or use a different IP. IP that has been blacklisted is: 87.117.243.10
Kind Regards,
Mark

When changing the dat to today, the time is still logged on tomorrow.

Hi,
I have 3 colleagues with the issue that when they log their time. The data entered is stored on the next day. Also in the report I see the time being logged. It seems when opening the timesheet screen the default day is set to tomorrow and not today.
