  1. Thanks @HHH that worked a treat, this will reduce my team having to manually apply the update to the request as well as allowing the call owner to pick up the updates as soon as the email is received! A massive thanks!

  2. I would like to know if we could cancel old activities as a bulk also. 

    Previously we were assigned tasks in error where the call owner was in another team.    Some activities relate to calls which have not moved past the Resolved state and some which appear as Closed. It would be useful to know so we can tidy up the older activities which are no longer required and have the calls moved over to a Closed state.

     

    We make use of tasks/activities our end and find these useful.

  3. Further to the above it would also be useful to have 'my staffs requests' available under the search widget as well as 'connections'

    Users can filter from the 'requests' widget but it makes sense it is available at the top.  

     

    At present we do not have an announcement to let users know when they have been added as a connection bit this is something we have on our radar and look to getting this sorted also.  Hence the above being useful:)

  4. @Marythat is most helpful. We have some connections added via a Business Process and some we add manually as and when required.

    I have made a few changes my end and can see the connections in the portal.

     

    I have set the 'view' and 'collaboration' against 2 of our services, if we needed some of the catalog items within these 2 services to appear as 'view' only i assume we could apply this in our Business Process to override this if required?

  5. On the employee portal, we have the requests widget.  The requests appear, however; when we choose the connections option no calls are listed.  Do we need to enable another setting at all to enable these to appear?

  7. I would like to create a widget to show the number of loan requests from those who answered Yes that they are self isolating.

    Currently the answer is not assigned to a custom field.

     

    The number being shown is not correct as the 'Yes' also picks up from other questions asked.

    Please see details attached.
