    Go onto the Company Home link (https://preview.hornbill.com/derbycollege/internal/home/) on my personal mobile phone app (iOs 14.6) or on Android version 9 / 10.

     

    Select the service

    Select the catalog item

    Select the Site

    Select the Location

    Then it appears with finish or previous, call reference is then generated.

     

    No question appears for summary or description as it does on PC/Windows.

    Changing Company Home name

    When a solution has been found for the above, would the name change also appear on the mobile phone app.

    I can see there are settings for a mobile but can't see the name can be changed for that also.

    Analyst is moving into another team

    Hi there,

    If an analyst moves from one team to another I assume I will manually have to update the roles?

    Guess I will need to do checks on things like documents owned, access to boards, request views etc.

    I'm hoping most of the above were shared under the team name rather than individual.

     

    Anything else which may need checking?

    Apologies if this has been asked previously, i couldn't see anything around this query.

    When sending an email from a call logged, looks like the 'To' field is set to mandatory.  Can this be amended i.e. either To to be used or BCC:

    It would be handy to use this from a GDPR point of view if nothing was possibly entered in the 'To' field.  Not sure if I asked this on my session with Dan Riley yesterday..brain like a sieve at the moment :P

    Manager column not listed

    @Victor thanks for the explanation on the above, it was very useful to know as I don't use much SQL.

    I think i had the elements of other tables amended, when i tried your fix above the report presented few records that it should have.

    After making amendments, along with your fix for the LEFT JOIN it now gives me all the records along with the manager details.

    I have a report where I have joined table CMDB Assets and h_sys_accounts, I need to pick up the 'manager' details.  This is not listed in the column, is it down as one of the attributes?

     

    Would be useful to know which field to allow us to pickup the info above.

    I have re-tried as you advised correctly and the rule is still failing.  I will arrange to have someone from the Hornbill team assist me in my next session with them.  Thanks for your continued support on this @HHH.
