Service and catalog item not available to filter views

Hi guys - im looking tro create a view which filters calls by service item, or catalogue item ,however these seem to be missing from the fields I can choose from?

 

any reason why?

Thank you for your post.

I can see that Service is available, as a filtering option in your list however as Catalog is a fairly new feature in Service Manager. We have not yet implemented a filtering option for Catalogs while creating a View. I will raise this within our team.

I have been asked if we can get the LoggedBy (and Loggedbyteam) added as these don't show when creating a view.  We would like to see this in the views and also report on it.

@HGrigsby - CreatedBy would be the LoggedBy, and this will show users as well as analysts. 

You could create a view with CreatedBy and add all members of a team to create a team view.
