I can see that Service is available, as a filtering option in your list however as Catalog is a fairly new feature in Service Manager. HGrigsby Posted January 23, 2018 Share Posted January 23, 2018 Hi I have been asked if we can get the LoggedBy (and Loggedbyteam) added as these don't show when creating a view. Dan Munns Posted January 23, 2018 Share Posted January 23, 2018 @HGrigsby - CreatedBy would be the LoggedBy, and this will show users as well as analysts.
