defect Insert variable option not visible when configuring snippets [Fixed in build 2.23]

I am trying to set up a few Snippets how ever the drop down for Variable does not show

Login to the Admin Tool, the link is under your profile image in the top right of Hornbill, head to the App Store and you can update Service Manager.

Thanks for that, I've now updated within the admin tool and can see the "insert variable" within Snippets.

Just another quick question too. It looks like there are a limited number of available variables at the moment. Is there any plan to add in any more? I would like to add "current date" as one, without having to manually type it out for example.

Yes, to start with we have provided a set number of variables that relate to content on the requests but we are more than happy to look at adding more as we get feedback. Thanks for yours and we will see what we can to.
