Will Darley
Hello, is it possible to have the "take ownership" button visible at all times, as currently it only shows up when the request is unassigned? Thank you!
ArmandoDM
@Will Darley with the last build it was released an enhancement to display the button even if the request is already assigned, except if the assign functionality is locked or disabled. Can you please check if you're not in one of these cases for your request ? Regards Armando

For example this request is assigned to David, and the option to assign it to someone else manually is available so I don't believe assignment is locked or disabled. I am logged in as myself. As can be shown, the "take ownership" button is missing. Is it something that manually needs to be configured to appear or is it an application setting that can be enabled somewhere?
ArmandoDM
Hi @Will Darley you should see the button; there is no app-setting to be enabled. I'll mention this issue for investigation. Thank you for reporting this.
JanS2000
Hi @Will Darley and @ArmandoDM, I've noticed the same on ours, I thought it was only available when a request wasn't assigned already, so it's good to know it should be there and it's being investigated, thanks!

Sam P
@Steve Giller could we also have the option to set the default visibility of the Take Ownership action in the Timeline - it currently defaults to Customer. Thanks
