Hi Armando, thank you for advising. I have checked and I don't think this is one of those cases. For example this request is assigned to David, and the option to assign it to someone else manually is available so I don't believe assignment is locked or disabled. I am logged in as myself. As can be shown, the "take ownership" button is missing. Is it something that manually needs to be configured to appear or is it an application setting that can be enabled somewhere?

Hello, has there been any update on the administration console to view the storage usage breakdown, wthin the usage section in the solution centre? I attempted to use the query mentioned above select count(*) as h_total_files, sum(h_size) as h_total_size,h_owner_name,h_raw_dav_store_id,h_owner_type from h_cafs_ext_details group by h_owner_name,h_raw_dav_store_id,h_owner_type It didn't seem to work for me, although if I'm honest I'm not entirely sure where I'm supposed to run it or if it still works anymore? Is any able to advise? many thanks!
