Jeremy Posted May 12, 2023 Share Posted May 12, 2023 When completing a task we used to be able to search (using the global search at the top) for the information that was contained within it. Eg But when we search for this information in the timeline: There are no results that are returned, it should return the request that this information is displayed within the timeline. LawesD Posted November 1, 2023 Share Posted November 1, 2023 Hi all, So just an update: The timeline search for the tasks we couldn't search before now works for all jobs after the release of Service Manager (2922)! However The jobs that were logged between the time of it first breaking and the issue being fixed, are not searchable.
