M365 / Oauth - Issues

Hi

Just setting this up (better late then never)

Request for the mailbox has gone through and been approved in azure - can see the Hornbill Office 365 mail connector in there.

However nothing comes through into keysafe, and then when connecting from the keysafe, it just goes through requesting it again.

Appreciate it may be with Microsoft, but if this gets turned off Saturday, we are going to be in a position to not be able to send/receive emails - is this correct? Also is there anything that can be done as a workaround by any chance? Seen that hornbill domains are available etc.

Hi @Sam P,

Has this been resolved on your end?  If your using NHS Mail, you might want to let them know that you need Hornbill access to your email.  Once they've set it up, you should be able to successfully redo the connect operation.

If your not using them and using your own subscription to Microsoft 365, you can try this How would the Office365 administrator approve permission requests - Hornbill.
