danb
Hi Just setting this up (better late then never) Request for the mailbox has gone through and been approved in azure - can see the Hornbill Office 365 mail connector in there. However nothing comes through into keysafe, and then when connecting from the keysafe, it just goes through requesting it again.

Mark Priest
Had the same issue. thought it must be permission related. Managed to get it working following the Wiki guide thanks @Michael M
danb
Just wondering if there was any update on this?
Michael M
Hi Dan, It's still being rectified. You might be able to try again sometime next week. Will post again, when its available. The possible issue identified has to do with how Office 365 is locked down for the NHS. Thanks for your patience.
danb
Appreciate it may be with Microsoft, but if this gets turned off Saturday, we are going to be in a position to not be able to send/receive emails - is this correct? Also is there anything that can be done as a workaround by any chance? Seen that hornbill domains are available etc.
James Ainsworth
Hi @danb I'm not familiar with this, but you may want to take a look here. https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/exchange-team-blog/basic-authentication-deprecation-in-exchange-online-september/ba-p/3609437
Sam P
@danb did you ever get this sorted? We're looping at authentication, with added complication that we don't use the national tenant for O365
Michael M
Hi @Sam P, Has this been resolved on your end? If your using NHS Mail, you might want to let them know that you need Hornbill access to your email. Once they've set it up, you should be able to successfully redo the connect operation. If your not using them and using your own subscription to Microsoft 365, you can try this How would the Office365 administrator approve permission requests - Hornbill.
