Martyn Houghton Posted September 1, 2022 Posted September 1, 2022 The time recording drop down on the actions in the Service Manager Request View is not attaching to the action dialogue it is being called from, so does not scroll with the page. This either means it blocking another part of the request view or is stuck at the bottom and you cannot fill it in. Examples screenshots below. Cheers Martyn
James Ainsworth Posted September 1, 2022 Posted September 1, 2022 Hi @Martyn Houghton Thanks for your post. There is some regular maintenance underway that is updating some of the underlying UI components. This will most likely be corrected as part of this exercise. 1
Martyn Houghton Posted February 7, 2023 Author Posted February 7, 2023 @James Ainsworth @Harry Hornbill This was confirmed as Known Issue in November under reference KE00174615. Is there an update on when this will be fixed as Known Issue and Problems are not shown in the Roadmap Library? Cheers Martyn
James Ainsworth Posted February 7, 2023 Posted February 7, 2023 Hi @Martyn Houghton I've seen a new working version of this popup. This would suggest that it has been fixed and it is just waiting to go through a release cycle. I'll try to confirm if this is the case.
James Ainsworth Posted February 7, 2023 Posted February 7, 2023 I can confirm that it is planned to be part of the next Service Manager update. Provided there are no issues with the release, it should be with you soon. 1 1
Martyn Houghton Posted February 15, 2023 Author Posted February 15, 2023 @James Ainsworth Service Manager 2809 has been applied to our instance but the issue perisists. Was this supposed to be fixed in this build? Cheers Martyn
James Ainsworth Posted February 15, 2023 Posted February 15, 2023 Apologies Martyn, I should have said the next Timesheet Manager update rather than Service Manager. Even though this is displayed in Service Manager, it is a component provided by the Timesheet Manager app. This should also be made available soon.
James Ainsworth Posted February 16, 2023 Posted February 16, 2023 Hi Martyn, The latest build of Timesheet Manager is now available. Let us know if this is still an issue.
Martyn Houghton Posted February 17, 2023 Author Posted February 17, 2023 @James Ainsworth Build 215 does appear to have resolved the issue but KE00174615 is not referenced in the release notes. Cheers Martyn
