Time Recording dialog in Service Manager Requests not attaching to action

The time recording drop down on the actions in the Service Manager Request View is not attaching to the action dialogue it is being called from, so does not scroll with the page.

This either means it blocking another part of the request view or is stuck at the bottom and you cannot fill it in.
