Andrew Tasker Posted April 15, 2021 Posted April 15, 2021 A number of new default templates have been added in Service Manager we have noticed, however is there a way in which we are able to turn any of these off so any ones relevant to ourselves are not visible for selection? I can find the option to delete any which we have created, however can't find any way of removing the default ones. Thanks
Chris Winship Posted April 21, 2021 Posted April 21, 2021 An option to hide specific email templates from analysts would be unbelievably helpful. We've been left with 100+ which are bespoke to specific scenarios in various BPMs and we don't want these visible to analysts. Yes, I am aware I can change and remove the area these are stored in under the email templates section, but that's a project in itself.
Ben Maddams Posted June 23, 2021 Posted June 23, 2021 +1 to this suggestion, we have multiple different teams using Hornbill, each having their own templates, and the sheer number we're ending up with makes using them extremely difficult. 1
Steve Giller Posted October 3, 2022 Posted October 3, 2022 It's probably worth adding your comments to in order to prevent dilution.
