Predictive help in summary field

We are piloting the employee portal and the feedback for the "predictive help" has come back as saying its difficult to move pass it.

Although all you have to do is click outside the box, it appears a look of our testers are getting stuck.

Is there are way of disabling/ limiting this feature?

@nasimg it won't present like this in other interfaces, but the knowledge centre can be used in the

* Agent Progressive Capture

* Customer Portal Progressive Capture

* Service Portal Progressive Capture

All of these are controlled by the following settings


In those interfaces, the knowledge centre presents like this:


We are looking how we might present this knowledge better, so this will evolve.....

@Steven Boardman

I was wondering if there had been any development in this area as we going live with the Employee Portal this week and have FAQ content that would be useful to display.

Currently I will disable the "results" as feedback we received was it confused some staff, is there a way shift the box so any fields below are visible (even 1 cm to the right would probably work) or some text to cancel the help (I know pressing Esc stops it but good to show it).

Excellent news - but which option (move the box 1cm right or add Esc button to cancel)?

Would you update us in this post when its live, so I know to enable the option again.
