Kelvin
We have been working on our portal and have noticed that if you start to log a request the cancel button at the top doesn't do anything.
Tina.Lapere
Hi Kelvin, I've just checked and ours comes up with this when I click cancel: We did update the system on Wednesday as were a few releases behind. It's not something I'd checked before the update though. Not sure if that's much help. Thanks, Tina
Kelvin
@Tina.Lapere When you then click Yes what happens? ours just stays on the form to log a request and not go back to the portal page
Tina.Lapere
@Kelvin - It takes me back to the service I'd selected with list of Catalogue items.
Steven Boardman
@Kelvin could you let us know if this is all users or limited users? are you seeing this on all or a specific browser?
Kelvin
@Steven Boardman So I have narrowed it down and can now say that it doesn't work if you link a request form directly from a bulletin, we were trying to publicise a new form. If I link the bulletin to the Catalog and then click the item then the cancel does work as intended.
Steven Boardman
Thanks @Kelvin i can replicate with the direct URL from a bulletin, i'll ask the guys to take a look
Steven Boardman
@Kelvin we've got a fix for this use case, it will be in an update shortly (hopefully this week)
Steven Boardman
@Kelvin the fix is now live. If you have used an URL in the bulletin, and are taken to the PC, if you click the cancel and Yes button to confirm the cancel, you will be taken to the service view against which the bulletin was created.
