  1. Morning @Steve Giller

    Thank you.  Unfortunately when creating a new project I am only be given 4 options.  1) Name and Description.  2) Scheduled Start Date / Scheduled End Date. 3) Project Type.  4) Project Scope / Quality Statement.  But I am not getting the option to choose a Project Template.  Do I need to amend the Business Process at all for this to be activated in anyway?  I am so sorry for so many questions.

    Sorry for further questions. Thank you for your help so far, I really do appreciate it.   I have added the Project Template to the form, however I am not getting the option to select which template I would like to use.  I am literally only getting the options in your original screen shot.  Is there anything else that I need to do or make active please?  I have saved the change to the Intelligent Capture.

    Hope you are well and enjoying the lovely weather.

    Please would it be possible for some help regarding Project Templates.  I have gone into the Hornbill Admin, Project Templates, I have created a template with just some milestones in order that any new project will already contain the milestones, however I am unable to get the template to work.  Would this need to be activated within the business processes please and if so how please?  Or is there another way to activate the project template please?  Thank you.

    Please would it be possible for some help/advice?  Is it possible to generate/introduce a prompt to show when linking a request to another request that is already closed, in order to advise that the request that is being linked to is closed to the customer/engineer?  Thank you.

    Please would it be possible to help/advise, if we add an asset to the CMDB that this is available for the customer to select from a drop down list, is there a setting that we can apply so that only technicians/users are able to see certain assets and not end users?  For example software that technicians use but would not be requested by an end user.

    Thank you for the above information.  It was within Project Manager that we are needing a task to be assigned to a team.  We do not mind if the task is not accepted, just as long as we know which team will be carrying out the work.  Our report shows the tasks that need completing in the week ahead but sometimes the project managers will know that the availability is there for a team to complete the task but not the specific team member who will complete it until much nearer the time.  Thank you for your help.

    Hope you are well.

    Thank you.  Our reporting shows a number of project tasks that are unable to be assigned to an individual as we do not know who will be available to complete them but know which team they will be assigned to.  Currently these tasks are being missed due to not being assigned to a person or a team.  Is there any progress please on being able to assign a task to a team rather than an individual please?

    Please would it be possible to advise if there is a way to make the 'Assigned To' field within a New Task to be mandatory?  Currently it is not mandatory so we are getting some tasks that are marked as undefined which allows tasks to be missed when a team is sorting by either Team or an individual.  Thank you.

    Hope you are all well.

    Please would it be possible to help/advise, in the Supplier module you can Archive contracts but they are still visible in the Supplier record.  Is there anyway to ‘hide’ these contracts from view and if needed call up Archived documents? 

    Currently we have a lot of ‘archived’ contracts which are at the top of the list of contracts that you have to scroll through to reach the current ones.  Also there is the danger of incorrect contracts/SLAs being used for recording fault logging to vendors.  Thank you.

  13. Afternoon All

    Hope you are well.  

    Please would it be possible to advise, is there a way please to be able to sort a column on the Supplier Contracts by Budget Owner?  We have created a field next to Renewal Owner.  Please see the attached screen shot.  The columns do not appear to have a sorting button next to the heading and the fields for searching above do not appear to cover the field Budget owner either.  Thank you.
