    Hope you are well.  

    That is exactly what we were looking for.  Is this currently in the live environment or will this be a future feature please and if so do you know the date of the release please?  Also is it possible to link more than one asset to a project and/or more than one project to an asset please?

    Hope you are all well.

    Currently we are able to link an asset to a project within Hornbill Project Manager which can be viewed from the Relationship tab, however, is there a way for the asset to show it is linked to a project within a Service Request or Change please?  Attached is a screen shot of the project linked on a service request, is it possible to have the same thing but on an asset please?

  3. Afternoon All

    Hope you are safe and well.

    I am currently looking into the Resourcing element part of Hornbill Project Manager.  A team has been set up and the resources added.  Yesterday I was able to see a screen that showed the capacity for the team over a 2 week period, however today I am unable to get this screen to come up.  How would I get this screen to display again please?

    Hope you are all well.

    I have come across some tasks within Hornbill Project Manager that are assigned to myself, however the project has been marked as completed.  Is there a way please where by if a project is marked as completed the user will get a message advising that there are still tasks outstanding, or even a way of the tasks automatically being marked as completed please?

    When reporting within Hornbill the limit used to be 10,000 entries, however I noticed this was increased.  What is the current result limit please?

    Hope you are all well.

    Please would it be possible for some help/guidance?  We have staff that have recorded their time against assets.  We are able to see the time recorded against the individual's time sheet, however is there a way to view all the time recorded against an asset by all users please?  We have looked but been unable to find a way.

    This is on any job.  Service Request, Incident, Change or Problem within Service Manager.  It is when you are in the record and try to use the linking of the asset option.  Please see attached screen shot.

    Hope you are well.

    When we are searching to associate an asset to a job, the status of the asset is not showing, therefore some technicians are associating decommissioned assets.  We have a work around by amending the name of the asset, for example the asset Test Server would become Test Server (Decommissioned).  However is there a way for the asset state to be displayed so we don't have to add Decommissioned to the end of the asset name?  Currently the Type - Class, Description and Asset Tag are showing but we would need the State added to that as well if possible please?  Thank you.
