Please would it be possible to advise if there is a way of setting the preferences for the Gantt chart views for a user? For example if I were to prefer the Ocean view gantt chart, do I have to select this each time I use the gantt charts or is there a way for it to automatically use this view please? Thank you.

Please would it be possible to request a change to the 'Change' Questions section? Currently all fields in the Questions section are able to be Edited, however the Proposed Start Date/Time and the Proposed End Date/Time field can only be deleted. Is it possible please for these two fields to be given Edit access please?

Hope you are well. Thank you for the above information, I am learning so much with the Hornbill application. Thank you.
We are not concerned that tasks are being lost, our project managers would like to know which tasks are Project Online tasks and which tasks are Hornbill Project Manager tasks and we wondered if there was an easy way for them to tell which system a task is from.

Please would it be possible to help/advise? We have an interface between Microsoft Project Online and Hornbill Project Manager, the tasks created in Project Online are then sent across to Hornbill Project Manager. Please would it be possible to advise if there is a way of telling if a task has been created within Project Online or Hornbill project manager please? Thank you.

In the supplier module under contracts, we have created a field and labelled it 'Budget Owner'. On each contract we have the Budget Owner listed. A budget owner may be assigned to a number of contracts. Is there a way of changing the budget owner for all of their contracts or would these have to be changed individually please?
For example, if Joe Smith was marked as the budget owner for 10 contracts but left the company, is there a way that John Johnson could be made the budget owner for all of these with one change, or would we have to go into each individual contract and change the budget owner. Thank you.

Is it possible or can the facility be added, so that we can move contracts between suppliers on the supplier module. For example some SLA contracts and a normal contract has been loaded under the supplier 'Supplier A', these should actually be under the supplier 'Supplier B'. Rather than having to delete them all off of one supplier just to have to re-add them to the new supplier. can a function be added where we can change the supplier details the contracts sit under?

Within Project Manager, when displaying the Tasks in a Gantt chart view, they show for Q1, Q2 etc. Is there a way to display these in a daily view please? I know this is possible under Project Resourcing but only displays a two-week period, as opposed to months and can only show one individual or team at a time, not people across many teams. We are currently looking at all tasks on a single project.

Please would it be possible to help/advise? I currently create a report for our managers to show all outstanding project tasks and Changes. We would also like to extend this to Incidents and Service Requests as well. In order to achieve the result just for changes and project tasks I am having to run a report from Service Manager reporting and another from Project Manager reporting. Are you able to advise if it is possible to link tables together so I only need to run one report and if so, what those tables would be please?

If this change was made, would the projects linked to an asset shown be only Active projects or would projects that have been cancelled or completed also be displayed please? If all status projects were to be shown would there be an indication to their status on the display, please?

Please would it be possible for some help with linking two tables together. I am trying to create a report to show the assets that are assigned to a user. I am trying to link the tables h_sys_accounts with CMDB Assets, data is being retrieved but the data is repeating itself. Please would it be possible for some help/guidance on how to link these two tables together properly?
