Morning Steve, On the category list we have our services and when we click on them we have sub category's for example below is the category for Machinery highlighted and that's all we can select however normally we would then have a dropdown of multiple different machinery contractors to select.
  3. Morning All, There appears to have been an issue through the night on the system and when we are raising new requests we are unable to see our sub category's. Is anyone else having this issue and do we know when this is expected to be back? Thanks Euan
  4. We are on a daily basis having to refresh tabs multiple times due to certain details missing from pages to navigate further however once you refresh this once or twice it appears again. I have attached some pictures for example.
  5. Just FYI - Thos appears to be working again. Could someone please advise what the issue was and if this is expected again moving forward?

  8. Hi All, System is going particularly slow today when navigating through the different areas. Are there any known issues? Thanks Euan
  9. We have been experiencing some issues with the hornbill over the past week where we have had buttons missing and had to refresh this in order for them to appear again and get to the next steps. Today as well as this we are coming across an error message when trying to create a new request and are getting the below error code. You can exit the page and re-create the job but then lose anything you have detailed on the request and have to re-type this information. Is there any maintenance being done or changes been made to cause this as it is causing us to double up the workload on many cases which is not ideal. Thanks Euan

  11. Something that I’m hoping you can support with before our call is the issue we are having since the clocks have gone forward now the system is an hour behind. I don’t know if there is somewhere that I can change the time for this as I haven't been able to locate this? Its nothing too complex hopefully but it’s knocking off all our pre-arranged reports that are set to go out at scheduled times which is causing some issues.
  12. Morning All, Just wanted to see if you were aware of any issues with specific email addresses taking longer for emails to send to? We have a particular recipient who's email is correct however when we send something on to them it can take several minutes or longer to leave the outbox and tends to hold everything else up behind it until its released. Not sure if you are aware of this happening elsewhere across the board? As i mentioned this is only to one particular address that we have come across so far and when sending from personal emails this goes straight away with no delay so wanted to check if there were any known issues with this or workarounds to avoid delays in sending.   14. Hi Guys, Just looking at this it looks like the issue with the forms regarding the SLAs has been resolved but there are still some of the other areas missing. Some of the missing custom fields which were part of the absence form were Absent operative Name Payroll Number Absence Procedure Followed Credited Hours Escalated By Not sure if you are able to support us any on this?   15. Hi Steve, The fields looked to have been removed completely from some of the requests but not all of them. Upon checking this morning this looks to have been restored from the ones i have checked so far and the problem resolved itself but will be sure to raise this if any issues come up again with this. We thought this may have been down to an update or something if you were aware of anything? Everything looks back on track now with this though. Thanks for your support. Euan
  16. Hi Guys, Any system error reports this morning? A lot of the guys in the office here are just getting the loading image but nothing is happening. This issue remains with a full browser restart.

  18. Can you advise if there are any known issues currently that would slow down the system? We seem to be getting a really slow response on Hornbill when moving through the different tabs. Thanks Euan
  19. Hi James, Hope you are well. I have tried to edit these but when i then try delete them it only reverts it back to the original template and still wont let me either archive or delete this. Any other suggestions or work arounds here? Thanks again Euan
  20. Hi Guys, Looking to see if i can get a bit of help or a suggestion on the email templates. I have started making better use of these but would ideally like to remove a large number of them that we don't use however only seem to have an option of deleting any new templates that are made and none of the existing. Is there a way i can either delete or archive the existing ones to reduce the number that appear on the dropdown? Thanks in advance.

  23. Hi, Is there any issues with the emails being sent out? We are getting emails through but cant send any out. Doesn't look to be a system as outlook etc is still working error. Thanks Euan
