  1. Hi Keith, Thanks for your help on this one. The previous email had no attachments included and was just a general enquiry with nothing rectangular or incorrectly displayed. This is also someone who we frequently get emails from but have no issues generally. I will keep an eye out for any more and if I'm still having issues I will let you know. Thanks Euan

Morning, We have been having some issues since last night from around 5pm onwards with some emails we are receiving, not being able to apply them to the request as it gets stuck half way through the process and wont let you scroll. Is this something you are aware of? There isn't anything specific with the emails its not working from some are just general information with no attachments or signatures. Thanks in advance Euan

  4. Hi, The system keeps freezing and dropping connection. This then prompts us to log in but wont load and has also crashed a second time with the below error code; Thanks Euan
  5. Having issues sending emails via requests this morning with any attachments? Can you advise if this is something that has been picked up?

Good Morning, We have encountered another problem this morning which we have had happen previously where we allocate an update to a log or send an email from a log and this wont show on the trail so looks like nothing has been sent however you will be able to see this in the outbox. Above is the log example however we do come across this from time to time. Thanks Euan

  11. We have noticed this morning that the drop down on the service list for one of our customers his disappeared and we now only get 2 options; The site and site complaint. This is working as normal for every other site and nothing has changed against this one to have removed all the other options.
  12. Hello, We are having ongoing issues again where we are unable to apply an email to a log. We have noticed that the common issue with these are they all say "Image removed by sender" at the bottom where a signature would normally go. Any known issues or work around's here as we have to forward this back on to ourselves and delete this part at the bottom for us to be able to apply this. Thanks Euan

  14. Morning, Ive started getting issues this morning when trying to update emails into logs. The issue happens when trying to "Apply to Request" but it keeps saying "Failed to apply email to request" and i cant get it any further. Are there any know issues of this as it has been working until around 5 minutes ago and despite multiple restarts still wont let me update. Thanks Euan

  17. We are having a major issue this morning in creating new logs for calls that are coming through and getting the error "Progressive capture 'new request' load error! [object Object]" Can we have an urgent update on this as as the morning goes on we wont be able to operate with how the system is currently performing. Thanks Euan

Good Morning, We have been having ongoing issues with Hornbill's loading times between mailbox and logs and i have detailed some of the main issues below; Once you have created a log and have the reference number even after what can be an hour or more if an email comes in with that reference and you try to apply it nothing shows for it and its like the log doesn't exist with that reference. Sometimes we are also able to attach an email to a log but when you then go into this it does not show in the email trail. We are also having issues when using the "show associates files" and trying to apply these to an email which is going out getting an error message and we then have to save these files to our desktop and attach them manually. Any support would be appreciated. Thanks in advance Euan
  19. The System has stopped loading and no one is able to get back in currently. Could you please look into this for us?
