  1. @Victorthe reason I ask is because i am the only person with access to change these settings and I am off on hols from today for a week, so should i revert back to Manual in the ones I changed now by COB today regardless of the update being applied by then or not?

  10. Hi Dan, Thanks for your prompt response but that's very disappointing to hear to be honest. I cannot change the image as these also tie in with our company colours if you take a look at my current service portal...surely positioning the company logo and the top on it's own should be a gimme!? I also meant to ask where is the log on/log out option too?

  12. @Victor hello. I am trying to move to the new Employee Portal and have pretty much everything configured bar having issues with my logo placement. Under the orginal service settings, one could specify the logo height etc in my case it was 70, now I cannot get this option and the logo just sits on top of my image which is not what I want, basically the below image is what I would like again, the logo at the top then the image underneath. First image is my current config and what I want, second is the new employee portal and logo not right... Oh, also, I cannot find the login/logout option anywhere either and the auto login to turn off too... Thanks

  15. Hello @Victor Since yesterday, when a customer updates a ticket, we as in the analyst end up either getting two or three emails stating same as oppose to just the one as there is only one response...as in examples below

  17. @Ehsan also that other setting you speak of is already correct, so I think the issue lies elsewhere..
  18. @Ehsan yes display name, see mails from yesterday as IT Service Desk, and today they show as noreply... If I change the noreply option you speak of, to IT Service Desk, we receive no emails at all.........
  19. @Ehsan we can't update the noreply as suggested by you and Victor as the minute i change this to say "IT Service Desk" we receive no mail notifications at all.... I have said this a few times now and it has happened to @Paul Alexander too, so we cannot revert....??

  21. @ArmandoDM if the noreply is changed to whatever it was no emails come in etc...had to revert to noreply in order to receive emails as previously stated..
  22. @ArmandoDM if you read my original mails, I stated this already re not receiving then etc... A fix is needed as my instance is not the only one effected...
