  1. @James Ainsworth tried that James and it's still visible to users, do I need to untick any of the checked boxes no?
  2. @James Ainsworth that option sounds perfect however I entered a user not myself to the field above and I can still access it to log a ticket!? Does replication/sync take long or is instant?
  3. @Victor thank you for getting back to me. Just turning off the below will work too?
  4. @Victor morning everyone, what's the best process to disable the function for users to log tickets but keep service manager itself LIVE so we can continue to work on open tickets while testing the portal etc? I was thinking of temporarily disabling the below option? Thanks as always
  5. @Gerry thank you, yes, was on hols until today...
  6. @Victor thank you.. re the expert services, do I just send a mail to customer.success@hornbill.com? (how long roughly to implement?) Thanks
  7. @Victor OK - thanks...no way of doing a bulk update using a csv import via Hornbill or anything no?
  8. @Victor OK...so is there a default password for each account or how can I find out what my own password is for example? Like I mentioned, surely I do not have to manually set each password going forward in order to use direct login?
  9. @Victor We currently are using SSO, but we will need to move to direct login shortly as their AD accounts will be disabled so they won't be able to access via SSO When I and three others attempt to login via direct, we get the below message, meaning our password is incorrect? I would of thought the password would be the same as their network logon with the LDAP sync etc? I hope I am making sense. I don't want to have to go into 800+ users accounts in Hornbill to reset their password individually.... Thanks
  10. @Victor it's OK, I logged in with admin account and unsuspended myself. Do you know why the passwords for users are not working?
  11. @Victor now I am locked out of the service, can you unlock my account please? Guess I tries the password issue too many times
  12. @Martyn Houghton your right, that does work, I disabled it for 10 seconds and it prompts for direct login only. However nobody's password seems to work which is strange!? Any idea why passwords are not working @Victor I thought the password would be the users network login as it has been replicating with Azure all along (with SS0 enabled) Thanks
  13. @Martyn Houghton OK - Thank you....can't really test now
  14. @Martyn Houghton morning, perhaps can you help me? I am looking for the option to "enforce" users to use Hornbill direct login as oppose so SSO, I enabled the option below but the users are still given the option to sign on via SSO too. Can you point me in the right direction please? Thanks
  15. @Victor @Gerry morning guys, quick question if you don't mind please... If I set the below to Hornbill Direct Login, they are still prompted for single sign on on the login page. Where is the setting to enable direct login from login screen without being prompted for single sign on option too? Thanks
  16. @Victor morning and again thank you for your reply... I "hope" I have it, the import took last night at 00:01 as you can see, I set the new Cert in Azure to active and I logged in, you can see the date of import and one hit of login thus far. Thank you for your help with this, much appreciated....
  17. @Victor thank you for your help... I think I understand, I will copy the App Federation Metadata Url from Azure for Hornbill(Live) and paste it into the Metadata URL files in Hornbill SSO for Azure1 and hopefully it syncs tonight at 00:00. I created a new cert in Azure for Hornbill(live), do I need this and when should I set to active if so, is there a way to enable it prior to it expiring on the 22/05 and be done with it? Thanks again, much appreciated..
  18. @Victor when you say reimport the SAML metadata, I copied the below URL from Azure and pasted into the Mea Data URL in Hornbill field from the admic cert, is this correct? Also please confirm I only need to worry about the one app now as oppose to three as you mentioned in other post, thanks. I know I am so close and just need some final tweaking...thanks again, this is much appreciated, as I need it configured correctly by Friday when the current 3 expire...see attached also
  19. @Victor morning, thank you for your response, I have 3 Apps in Azure, so I only need to configure a new Cert for one? Which one, ADMIN?
  20. @Gerry @Victor guys can one of you please help with this? This expires this Friday and I need the new certs in place prior to then, just 10 mins of your time would be great, I think I have 95% of the work done, just missing the last part...
  21. @chathway hello, did you ever get this resolved? My 3 certs are expiring this week and I have imported new ones, but when I activate the certs in Azure, we cannot hit the necessary pages, see below: thank you for your time...
  22. @Gerry @Victor Morning Gerry, The import of the new certificate via Hornbill did not occur over the weekend, what is Hornbill's schedule for importing Certs as I am hoping it's only Mon-Fri and this is why it didn't import over the weekend, see below: All certs are created and ready for import: I'd appreciate a response on this so I know when to activate the new certs again for import. Thanks
  23. @Victor hello Do you know if there is a way to force a replication between the Hornbill App and Azure to pick a change instantly without having to wait until 00:00 every night? Just for testing purposes to set the new SAML cert to active to test if hornbill.live (above is hornbill admin) can still be accessed by the end users?
  24. @Victor morning... I received the below email stating my cert will now expire in 7 days, however if you look at the screen shot from earlier it states 22/05/22??
  25. @Victor morning, we are not receiving emails for when a ticket has been logged since around 16:00 yesterday, please investigate asap Thanks
