  1. It is an open text box for the item which isn't really relevant but then quantity and price fields. So need the total value. Really appreciate the help with this, so far you've gone above and beyond what I expected to be a simple, sorry you can't do that.

  2. Hello all,

Had a customer who asked if he could download all 47 attachments from a request in one go and I couldn't suggest anything.

After you check the box next to each attachment, could you have a download option as well as the existing delete icon. I've highlighted this space with a little rainbow.

    Many thanks

  3. Hello everyone,

We don't think this possible but..

So I want a question to become mandatory if a value is reached - however, this value is the sum of many question fields over a few custom forms within a PCF. Is there a way to base an override flag of another question upon this total number?

I know we can act upon all this when it reaches the BPM and we have a plan B but I thought I'd ask.

    Many thanks in advance

  4. Hi @Victor

I seem to have the same thing as in this post

I had a few issues after a node pinged off into infinity, past the point the scroll bar could get to (I think this was when expanding a group).

I copied as much as I could and started a new BPM. For a while this did not save at all and so to retain my progress on it I saved the stage as a template.

Since then I've managed somehow to get the BPM to save again but this last node is unreachable

Can you work your magic or tell me what to delete out of the text file? - attached

  5. One of our teams, who use a barcode scanner to input data, have revealed a fault when inputting data into a capture field within a task.

The scanner simulates an enter key press which wipes out all the fields (I think only when done in a single line field). The photos below show before an after an enter key stroke in the asset number field.  I have changed these to multiline fields to counter the effect.

Reportedly this didn't happen before so assume the bug arrived with an update.

  6. Hi @James Ainsworth

Thanks for the suggestion we do have this setting turned to off but do not wish our analysts the ability to resolve jobs without first assigning it.

Is this switch a new addition in an update and the functionality is encompassing automated actions as well as manual ones?

  7. Hi Steve,

I know this is not going to be much use to you but it seems every node has done its job.

The resolution notification is already input, and the description and closure category are both updated. All there is to do after assigning an analyst is clicking on the resolve button.

It is specifically a team the jobs are assigned to.

Nothing whatsoever pops up in the developer console when trying these.

    I'm a little stumped.

  8. Thanks for taking a look, and yes they are all automatic actions.

I've attached the downloaded bpm file of a test I made when we thought it may have been the order of the nodes causing the issues. I just attached it to our simplest PCF (adobe activation).

So four variations each auto-resolving (see picture). I logged 4 jobs choosing a different path each time, every one of which stayed open when completing the task.

I then logged 4 again, assigned the jobs to me first,  and then completed the task. They all resolved.

We've got this in a few BPMs and it seems consistent in its behavior to leave the jobs open.

  9. We have a few jobs that are set to auto-resolve based on the outcome of a task -  it leads to an update status node set to resolved (resolution text and closure category already being set).

Until recently these worked without fault. Now they are only consistently resolving when they have an analyst accept them beforehand. These used to work after only being assigned to a team.

  10. That's a good point Steve, did not think of that. Maybe on hold is the best status then.

It's for the application of admin rights, for people going off-site for lengthy periods of time or those who require them for their work.

We wanted to limit this for a maximum of a year and then reopen them automatically for review depending on what they choose when completing the form. There may be quite a few people with this running long term so we were looking for a way to hide them out of the on hold queue.

  11. Good Mornin'

I'm having trouble finding a way of automatically resolving a job in the BPM, and then having it automatically reopen after a period specified in the PCF. (They could be up to a year in dormancy so we wanted them out of the way).

The current workaround is to have it on hold for this time as this is the only node that lets you dynamically link a time mentioned in another field with the little sigma icon.  Everything else is just set to specify days, weeks, months etc. Is this achievable?

Open to other ideas,  as also tried to have it on hold but with no team assigned so it sat in the void, only to be awakened and assigned. But couldn't assign to no team.

    Thanks in advance.
