  2. @Daniel Dekel No he is a user and he has a license for service manager and asset manager. He is also part in a support team. I will change it and remove the basic role and give him the collaboration role instead. Will see what happen. Thanks Nikolaj

  4. Hello Support, Did you changed something in the roles or user rights regarding the global search? Because my Service Desk users cannot see C-Workers in the global search anymore?   8. hello Support @Steve Giller I have tested it but we have still the problem. Same as for @Smurfy The action button shows the link as http://If you right click the action button it puts a border round (bit like a design mode frame) and the shows the right link you can then click it.This isn't a workaround that will help us really.Please can this be looked into urgently? My question is do you know when we can have this Project Administrator View? thanks Nikolaj Dear Nikolaj We have got to the bottom of this, and the issue is simply that the tasks were outstanding when the cancelled Requests were deleted. Currently the only way to open a Project Task is via the Project itself, so this action is failing, as there is no Project to Open. The Developers have already raised an enhancement to add a Project Administrator's view that will display all orphaned Tasks and allow them to be removed. We do not have a release date for this, but it's one to keep an eye out for in future Project Manager updates. There is a application setting, which is on by default of
  13. @Victor you are my hero of today. Now i get the logic behind and what i was doing wrong. :-) I was not aware that when i choose a default report and then i go to customer reports + that this report what i can create then is based on that default report. Now i get a correct result back when i use the default report Closed Requests and just add a condition like Owner is ....! Thanks a lot and best regards Nikolaj
  14. @Victor Ok I understand that for the View's. But in my case the report is not showing any result when i try to find tickets for an owner with status closed or resolved. The view was just to make sure that he has closed tickets for example. Reports for open tickets are working, so maybe we have a problem with the status closed in Service Manager In Reports?
